My wife has been bragging me for buying this product since day one (i bought it for our 4 year old to learn the process of seeds to plant than tomato). The plant overgrown and we had to take the top off. Never trust the pictures a manufacturer post. I grew up on my grandma's farm. At least I knew how to grow stuffs off the land but this time totally failed...

I ordered this product and I live in mexico city, the product was shipped as promised and a free seeds for growing tomatoes were included, because of the seeds my package was siezed by mexican customs and I was told I had to go through a clearence process and pay additional fees. I asked for the seeds to be removed and my entire seed kit was removed. No pods no dio domes no nothing. Unfortunatley there is no 1800 i can call from mexico to contact this company and i have not been provided one after i have requested it. I sent an email and i was told a seed kit would be shipped to me free of charge. I JUST recieved an email that i have to send the original back then send them an email with charges then i would get another kit. WHY?? this is NOT fixing the issue. MY CREDIT card WAS CHARGED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR ANY KNOWLEDGE i was not told about this action. I am not going to ship anything and I want my seed kit as promised.

So far I've had my Aerogarden for about 3 weeks. The basil, mint, and thyme are doing great but the oregano, dill, are just sprouting. I was expecting this to be a miracle grower but dirt works just as well. Also the chives got mold in it and wouldn't sprout. The only things that are really growing are the mint, basil, and thyme so if you don't like the oregano, dill, and chives this is a great buy.

First off I was very excited about finding this product. I knew my mom would love it... I ordered and kept it brand new in box for my moms birthday. After we hooked it all up and got her running literally an hour later it started making a horrible noise.. sounded like the pump. It doesn't stop even if the lights are off. I emailed Amazon and they were nice enough to take this all plastic noise monster back BUT I had to pay 22.00 for shipping.. So if you like your peace and quite DO NOT GET THIS!
